Delivery Four Sets Vertical Pressure Leaf Filter

On January, 4th, 2021, Zhengzhou Dingsheng Machine Manufacturing Co., Ltd completed the loading and delivery of four sets fully automatic vertical filters for customer's sunflower oil plant. These vertical pressure leaf filters are used for crude oil filtration in the pretreatment workshop and white clay decolorization in the refining workshop.

The main body of the vertical leaf filter is composed of a shell, a filter plate, a cover structure, an automatic slag discharge device, etc. The filter plate is composed of multiple layers of stainless steel filter materials and is installed on the central collecting pipe, which is very convenient for disassembly, assembly and cleaning. The vertical filter has double-sided filtration design, thus promising the large filtration area and large residue capacity.
